Sunken damaged manhole cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14160288.

Between gobowen round about and gobowen on the bends where the hedges have been cut there is a damaged manhole cover . It is broken and mainly sunken leaving the hole exposed and I am worried someone could fall down it
