Tractors using Malthouse Lane without sheeted trailer loads.

Tractors are transporting beet from a field to a farm along Malthouse Lane. Malthouse Lane is not wide enough to accommodate parked vehicles and agricultural vehicles. As a result of parked traffic along Malthouse Lane the Tractors are having to mount the pavement. This action is causing the Beet to fall out of the trailer and onto Malthouse Lane. It is not being collected. If the very full trailer was sheeted the debris would not fall out of the Trailer and onto Malthouse Lane
