Recurrence of large and deep pothole

The pothole has come back in the same location, less than six months after it was repaired, having taken six months to get it repaired before that. It was reported in October 2023 (https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 5089420) and repaired the same month, but the repair lasted only a month before it was back (https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 5253912). It expanded significantly over the following months, despite being quickly reported, and took until June 2024 to be fixed, in which time it seriously injured a cyclist. The previois inaction resulted in a huge hole in the road forming (https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 6067480). It has now returned and I urge the council to please repair this quickly and also consider a more long-lasting repair, as there is clearly an issue at this location which makes the pothole susceptible to coming back within months.
