Blowing of Leaves into Road

Our neighbour at 14 Delaware persistently blows leaves from his property into the Road with his leaf Blower. Both myself and those at 15A are fed up with them blowing onto our property, so this must stop. We have Trees up and down the Road, but we individually dispose of the leaves to our recycling bins. We would appreciate it if you contact them to cease this annual act of ignorance immediately before someone slips on them and causes bodily harm. Thankyou
