Blocked drains through Harley

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14159839.

There are 3 drains that need clearing out and also the access to the drain for rain water to freely flow to the gully There are various reports but nothing has been done and if we get heavy rain the homes at the bottom of the hill will flood
