Obstructions on grass verge

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14159808.

The owner of the property here has placed stones on the verge edge. The double bends at this location make for danger and there is very limited space for motorists to take avoiding action or for visitors, such as the Riyal Mail postman to park his vehicle. Previously the owners have been warned by Shropshire Council to remove obstructions

  • This is clearly a Shropshire Council matter and not the responsibility of any other authority. The boundary with Staffordshire County Council on this road is about 3/4 of a mile further south.
