Grass growing down middle of lane

Debris and grass over long stretches of lane from Upper Cound to Acton Pigott. Typical cars are now scraping long the top surface of the soil and grass in places which will lead to vehicle damage. Also dangerous to cyclists and motorcyclists. Please clear asap.
