Tree branches coming down onto street light and road

Tree branches are coming down onto the street light blocking the light and they are also coming down extremely low onto the road causing high sided vehicles to catch them.. and that could injure if they are completely snapped off… the tree is to the right of the entrance to st Mary’s car park but on st Mary’s road.. this has been reported on a number of occasions but nothing has been done.. this needs investigation and action taken before it becomes a bigger issue and before someone could be injured.. please can all the lower branches be removed??
