Not working first reported 20th of September 2024 still not fixed someone has now fallen down the steps when walking their dog can this light be done as a matter of urgency before someone gets seriously hurt falling down unlit steps

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
