Blocked drain AGAIN.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14159117.

AGAIN. this was put in FMS two months ago, and has been removed, but not fixed, the issue still exists. this is the third time on FMS, but the issue will not be resolved until the drain is jetted. thee road floods when there is significant rain.
