Culvert blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14158971.

The culvert is continually blocked after heavy rainfall because of debris. The photos only show some of what was removed by two local residents on 28th October. A long term solution needs to be found as it not safe for members of the public to clear it. The bridge cannot be used in icy weather or high flooding.
