Items left in gutter at the junction with road leading under motorway

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14158668.

Items appear to have been originally bagged, however bags have been hit by traffic and rubbish / waste is now across road and in gutter. There appears to be a changing mat amongst the waste which is in the carriageway. Rubbish has also spread along verge.
