Potholes for a long stretch of road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14158352.

This road - from the junctions is in a dreadful mess. There are potholes everywhere and the road surface is poor due to standing water. This road needs attention desperately- please can this be looked into as it is a well used road. There are lots of heavy traffic - farm machinery which is only going to make things worse.
