  • Drain still blocked, no remedial work carried out. After recent rain water again coursing down road and entering a neighbour's driveway at Botleymoor Cottage and reaching as far as his porch.

  • Drain still blocked; water still coursing down street. Workmen came today and patched potholes around drain with tarmac, but no work carried out on drain itself

  • This problem has not been fixed; the drain has not been cleared, water is still flooding down the street - and, because of current freezing weather-there are treacherous patches of ice to negotiate. It is now nearly 3 months since I first reported this - how can your system get things so wrong?

  • Yet again action has been taken which does not address the original reported problem. Just over a month since the last patch of tarmac was laid near the still blocked drain (a patch which deteriorated rapidly in the flooding water) another patch of tarmac has been laid over and around this. The original problem has not been fixed. The drain cover needs lifting and the debris that fills the drain needs digging out. Please get this fixed.

  • Still overflowing

  • No further action has been taken; drain still blocked. Is there any point in me providing updates? How do I make contact with those responsible for upkeep of road drainage?
