Road washed away by flood water

Water from the stream has washed away the end of the homes driveway which is also part of a public footpath

  • How can this possibly not need any further action. The stream coming off the field floods constantly and nothing is ever done about it and it has washed away the surface leaving it a serious danger to people and vehicles. I personally placed the cone there a sit has already landed done of our cars in the garage with damages
