One drain outside magpie cottage hasnt beeb cleared for a long time so all water is coming over road onto linnet cottage and linnet annexe causing our drive to floos

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14157922.

Hasnt been cleared for a long time so all water is flooding onto linnet cottage and annexe drive,its silted up excess water following contours of road onto our drive creating flooding

    This drain I'm complaining about in nothing to do with the house.Its on the verge as u can see in the photo.

  • Customer called back as someone came out to investigate this morning and spoke with a neighbour and then his wife. He asked if the person who came out to investigate could all him back to discuss this as soon as possible.

  • Cust called back to chase up contact. Can someone please contact the customer so that the correct can be identified and dealt. The drains outside customers property that flow down to the drain just before the bridge - this is the drain that needs to be unblocked or repaired. Customer garden has began to flood which it has never done before.
