Flooding due to blocked drains

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14157697.

The water is now up to the flats door, the road is flooded, the pathway is flooded, The water is entering the entrance to the flats, this has been reported several times but nothing has been done, Please can the drains be unblocked ASAP
