Drainage problem on pavement

Pavement gutter drains are blocked, 2 inches of water is accumulating on the pavement. Causes children & adults from the neighbouring school to walk on the main road to get past.

This has happened since pavement was dug up and smashed through the drain and didn’t repair, just filled it back in.
