Damaged, lights not working, requires cleaning. bollard

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14157532.

The problems are as above. Situated on refuge sited close to Lesley Owen Way. This problem was reported in Jan. 2024, but not yet attended to.
