Drain blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14157391.

This section of drain has had the gullies cleaned out in the last 4 to 5 months. However, I think this gully and those below it have a blockage in the pipe somewhere, approx 15 to 20 metres away from this gully. The gully seems to drain slowly. Just needs checking please.
