Multiple instances of dog fooling

At the corner of the streets, opposite the beauty boutique, someone is not picking up after their dogs and does it regularly. The sidewalk is narrow and next to a bus stop, on the way to Twyford nursery. It’s disgusting. There is a bin just after the bus stop. Because of overgrown trees on the side of sidewalk, everyone has to go over the dog poo. Please help.
