Pavement blocked by cars

It is a regular occurrence for these cars to completely block the pavement near a 90 degree bend. This evening I had a close encounter with a veh coming around the bend because I had to walk into the road. This inconsiderate parking also restricts access along the road, as can be seen in the one image, which makes it difficult for deliveries and emergency veh access. I think the parking may be related to the work going on at No22 which I believe has a planning condition to ensure parking remains off road. There is plenty of parking a little further along on the street so no need at all to park here. Please do something about what seems to be just ignorance.
