Fly tipping once again in the bin area , consists of furniture and other items. Once again has appeared on a friday afternoon, its either residents or passers-by maybe a letter should be sent out to all residents???

It's an environmental issue and is now obviously a regularly occurring. Maybe put some notices up and send letters to residents in the area . Not sure if it's alms Court residents, or residents from across the road or passers by but it appears laye Friday afternoon twice now !it's not acceptable .
