Flooded lane with blocked ditch and drain

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14156598.

Water is also coming from both sides, our garden which floods due to the ditch in the adjacent field not working/full up and from the field on the other side which is not draining.

    Photos of our lane flooded even more and one of garden flooded due to farmer's field drain/ditch not working, and running across our property and hitting a full lane, ditch, as at 17 October at 16.30. There are 3 properties on this lane, including an elderly couple who would not be able to get out for appointments, receiving their groceries, etc. The main roads from Wem to here have been drained, sucked clear, why cant our lane be treated the same.
