This has been reported here several times but the reports have gone missing.

This is a single track road to 2 homes - and a dead end. The hole at the side now makes oil deliveries under threat for the winter. The pin here may be wrong but it wont allow movement. I am concerned about the residents safety and welfare for this winter.
