Litter left around bins.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14156574.

Resident/s in the converted building leave all sorts of rubbish around their bins that are on the street. This is often left behind when the bins are emptied which I can quite understand. I have reported this previously but someone needs to speak to the inhabitants of this building and threaten some actions if it continues. Because previous rubbish has been collected by this service I think they feel they can carry on dumping it and someone will come and clear it up. Thanks for your previous prompt action.
