Pothole needs to be fixed - caused damage to customer property.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14156471.

Customer is reporting a large pothole that has been reported since 4 March 24 - the water builds up and floods the customers property. They have raised their drive at their own expense to try to keep the water that flows of their drive. Pothole is by customer gate. Can the customer go down to the road with hard core again at their own expense or will Shropshire Council final visit and fix the issue. Dreadful pothole also on the other side of the road.
