Severe flooding - impassible

This flood is getting to be an extremely regular occurrence, literally everytime it rains now. It is becoming more and more impassable unless in a 4x4 and is currently causing vehicles to turn around (30/09/24) It has been happening for some years but has been extremely bad over the last year. Work carried out this year has made the issue worse!!
