Blocked drain and gully

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14156013.

Blocked drain causing lots of standing water which never goes away - this needs to be fixed properly and not half heartedly like it has been prior. Please came and sort out the drain once and for all. This has been happening for over a year now and is getting worse.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
