Side of road falling in to ditch. About 50cm section.

The left side of Stank Lane, about quarter of a mile up the hill the section shown in the photos is falling apart, in to where the stream flows throughout winter. The remaining width of good road is only about 2.7m. If the hole gets worse, it will become difficult to pass this section, especially for the farm vehicles and bin lorry. Please can you look to fix it?
