Mirror paid for never got fitted by Kier

Abdon and Heath parish council paid for a new mirror. Despite repeated e-mails from Wendy Richards (Parish Clerk) and assurances this had been passed to Kier it remains uncompleted, nearly one year later. It is a matter of time before an accident occurs on this blind entrance/exit. I am on the village hall committee who asked for the mirror.
