Overhanging bushes and trees block footpath

The trees and bushes in the gardens of houses in Holywell Terrace are overhanging the wall adjacent to the footpath to such an extent that people have to walk in the road on occasion and only one person has room to safely pass. This has been ongoing for several weeks without attention.
