Possible sink hole or issue with eoad level

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14155684.

A large dip has appeared in the road about 3m in circumference. I thought it worth reporting after a motorbike almost came off his bike when hitting it today.

I'm just concerned it could be a potential sink hole.
