There are 2 dips in the road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14155672.

One dip in the road has got considerably worse and dropped lower with cracks appearing in the tarmac. I drive this way weekly and noticed this tonight. It feels like the road over the bridge has started to collapse.
