Temorary Traffic Signs x 2

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14155592.

Temorary Traffic Signs x 2 have been left out from a night job some 2 months ago. I have contacted the company, Quantum, and also spoke to one of there workers near by but they still there as i said for 8 weeks since the night work on the roundabout. do they get fined, i hope so as they are neglecting to collect on the night, folllowing an email and also verbal request.
