Several deep potholes along the same stretch

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14155588.

The potholes are really deep and on different sides of the road plus the surface of the road is very uneven it is like trying to drive through a chicane to avoid them and they become invisible after rain - they are all along the section from the cricket club up to the dip in the road as it comes up into the village an have been getting worse all through the "summer".. thank you

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
