Crossing self-activating

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14155517.

The central pedestrian crossing from the Railway Inn to Green End is self-activating each lights cycle, causing longer waiting times/queues on road approaches.

This is causing vehicles to divert onto residential roads to avoid the junction completely.
