Persistent illegal parking during school drop off/pick up

Vehicles persistently use Salters Lane to park illegally on both sides of the street during school pick up/drop off times and during Coleham school events. This causes dropped curbs to become obstructed, grid lock, access to residences to become blocked and has become more of a hazard to pedestrians and motorists since road closures. Motorists have no way of viewing oncoming traffic when exiting their residence. This is an RTA waiting to happen.
