Overnight the carriageway has bulged and a large crack has appeared along with 100mm deep potholes as the tarmac has broken up

This has just occurred. I reported it to Severn Trent as there is also running water from a leaking service 10m up the lane. An engineer attended within 30 minutes and confirmed the higher leak but said that the bulging road surface is likely a burst storm drain. This Lane has a lot of heavy traffic to the biodigester plant and farm units. Please send an inspector to investigate an schedule a repair. Thanks
