Fly tipping household waste regularly

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14154828.

The bags are left next to the street bin, when they are cleared away more are put there. Because of yesterday's flash floods the bags have been spread over the pavement and road, some bags have split open.
