Untaxed car parked on public access council land

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14154800.

This car has been parked here (directly behind this house on chestnut avenue/fur grove) for over two weeks and has not been taxed since July 2024. The MOT expires today 9th September, and I will update when/if it expires. The driver id the vehicle is still using the car to drive around in, and returns the car here every day.
