Manhole cover leaking foul water outside Pharmacy

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14154596.

Problem reported to Severn Trent 31/8/24 15:33 and informed Bishops Castle Community Group via Facebook soon after. I don't have a reference number as I didn't have a pen to take it down. Since then I have developed severe diarrhoea and have been unable to check it. Tonight I learn it is still leaking via the same Facebook Group, but again am unable to check it. I go on the Severn Trent website and there is no evidence they have logged it. Please act immediately before someone else falls ill.
