Road is closed with diversion in place.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14154413.

The road is closed from 2 Sept to 10 Sept. There is nothing showing on the interactive roadwork maps, there is nobody doing anything, but the road is closed. This is a single track road and the diversion is along other single track roads. What is going on and why is this closure not shown on the interactive map? Have the correct legal proceedings been followed to permit this closure?
