Road drain totally covered in mud

As a result of heavy rain yesterday, fast flowing water coming down B4368 road has brought with it surface mud from recent harvesting, and due to camber, the mud has formed a dense mat over the road drain, totally blocking it. Please don't pile the mud onto the private drive when you clear it. Thank uou
