Flooding on road outside Rose Cottage

Since the numerous and disasterous road works last summer, there is now a huge amount of water that collects on the road side outside our house Rose Cottage (next to Buildwas village hall) when it rains.

As you can see by the photos, this causes a tidal wave to be thrown at and over our garden wall onto our front lawn. Particularly big and heavy vehicles can cause the water to hit our house. This has caused our lawn to be overtaken by moss and will be causing damage to our wall. As this is a listed building, and therefore so is the wall, this is not ideal.

I would like to request that the road surface be corrected to prevent this from occurring. I would also like to request that the road surface through the village itself is addressed. We have a lovely road surface coming into the village and when leaving the other side, but the road through the village itself is awful.
