Cable under severe tension from hanging branch over road

Very concerned about a branch that has now broken and is hanging on a cable above the road. I have previously reported a branch putting a small amount of pressure on a cable but following the recent storms, this situation has worsened. The branch seems to be putting a lot of pressure on the cable now and it’s only a matter of time before this snaps and the branch falls into the road/path. There have been many previous issues with this particular tree losing branches into the road and also on a parked car. This is a busy road and I am concerned about several branches now looking broken and overhanging to both sides of this tree. Requires immediate attention please.
