Fast growing tree/weed

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14153834.

This appeared out of nowhere 4 months ago. Is encroaching on the alleyway used to take bins out and a new fence at the rear of 52, 54 Abbots Road and 2 Porchfield. Please remove before it gets out of hand.
