Dead branches hanging over footpath

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14153745.

Customer reported there are some dead branches hanging over the footpath from a tree that is in the garden of the property on the right hand side as you head up School Lane from Salter's Lane. She asked if we could trim back the branches hanging over the footpath and see if we can get in touch with the landowner to deal with the rest of the tree.
