Hedge is overgrown

The hedge has been maintained in previous years, and now it is left in a mess. It is on the outside of my property boundary and I believe should be maintained by Shropshire Council as it is the hedge along Southfield Road. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved. Thank you.
