Grass has not been cut again

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14153730.

The grass verge opposite my house has not been cut since the 1 st of July and is causing problems with dog walkers trying to pick up the dogs POO ,this can lead to a health and safety issue, this is not the first time I have had to report this matter, do you not have a plan when to cut the grass.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
